Officials break ground on single-terminal Kansas City International Airport

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - March 25, 2019. The future of travel in and out of Kansas City begins with a groundbreaking for the new Kansas City International Airport.

The single terminal design replaced the three horseshoe-shaped terminals built in the early 1970s.

KCI serves millions of flyers annually.
