White Wine ChickenPounded flat chicken breastSalted and peppered each side then coated with flourFrying pan on med/high with olive oil, then betterSauté for 3 - 4 min per sideRemove from pan, then deglaze with white wine and reduceAdd some Parmesan cheese and lime juicePour sauce over chicken
Tomato Sauce & MeatballsSauté pan: Heat up red sauceAdd leftover red wine and reduceServe over meatballs (noodles, chicken, etc.)
Beer Cheese Dipping SauceMelt 1 tbs butter in pan over med/low heat1 tbs flourMix until blendedAdd 1/2 cup milk and whiskTurn up heatAdd a more milk and keep whisking until a nice sauce formsAdd cheddar cheese (Sharp, etc.)Add mustard, salt, and pepperPour in Boulevard Irish ale (St. Pat's) and mixTo warm back up, add a little more beer and microwave.
