(KTRK/CNN) -- The owner of a Vietnamese restaurant in Texas captured video footage of a woman unleashing a racially-charged rant.

The owner, identified only as Sammi, said the incident happened earlier this week outside her restaurant, Vietopia, which is located in a Houston shopping plaza.

She said her husband was working outside the restaurant when a woman walked by and berated him. After hearing the commotion, Sammi also went outside and started filming.

In the video, the woman can be seen yelling while pushing a grocery cart from an adjacent supermarket.

"Get out of our country!" she said. "You! Get out of the United States, you ugly [expletive]."

Sammi said the incident was upsetting.

"It made me feel so bad," Sammi said. "I was like they really hate us, and we didn't do anything. All we do is work all day."

"There's all kinds of people," she continued. "You can't be doing that, if you have any common sense, you can't treat people that way. It's just mean."

Sammi said she and her husband have been working overtime. They were scheduled to move their business to a new location this month. She said before the coronavirus pandemic, they had already signed a new lease.

"It's already a tough time for us small business owners," said Sammi. "We've got to keep going. That's the thing. We've got to keep going."
