Two members of the Kansas Jayhawks Orange Bowl championship team from 2007 will be honored this season.

Quarterback Todd Reesing and cornerback Chris Harris Jr., along with with tight end Larry Brown, will be added to the Kansas Football Ring of Honor during the 2018 season.

Reesing, the owner of 14 school records at KU, guided the 2007 Jayhawks to a 12-1 season. That included an Orange Bowl victory against Virginia Tech.

He finished with just over 11,000 career passing yards at KU. He will be honored on Sept. 15.

Harris will be placed on the ring before the season opener against Nicholls State on Sept. 1. He's made three Pro Bowls during his NFL career. At KU, he finished with 290 tackles and three career interceptions.

Brown was a Jayhawk from 1967-1970. He was a three-time Pro Bowler in the NFL and won four Super Bowl titles with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
