Chances are, your kids use the internet all day at home and in the classroom. Because internet access is such an important part of our lives, we probably don’t think much of being able to log on. However, slow internet – or no internet – is a big problem in Kansas.

Disappointing lead-in to the story - It may be a problem but it sounds like it is being addressed in a direct and constructive fashion. However, instead of indicating that progress, the headline/lead-in sounds more like a tabloid exposing a cover-up.
