OVERLAND PARK, KS (KCTV) -- UPDATE: This man has been identified as 37-year-old Ronnie Freudenvoll. 

"There is no evidence of foul play suspected at this time," the police said.

A death investigation is underway after a body was found Tuesday morning in an Overland Park pond.

Officers on the scene said the man's body was found in the northwest corner of 95th Street and Metcalf Avenue.

The deceased man is described as a black male, between the ages of 25 and 35. Police said that he is about 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 230 to 250 pounds. He also has black hair that is approximately two inches long and a black beard that is approximately one inch long.

Police are still investigating the death at this time.
