Police need your help finding a missing Kansas City man.
Nathaniel Griffin, 66, was last seen on Feb. 19 near E. 39th Street and Forest Avenue.
He's about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.Â
He was last seen wearing a beige hat, a white shirt, khaki pants, and gray tennis shoes.Â
He has been diagnosed with dementia and anxiety, and experiences seizures. He does not have the medication that he needs with him.Â

On Tuesday afternoon, this missing persons case was sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol so it could be upgraded to a Silver Alert.
