Healthy Salad Options

Mixed green/baby spinach salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and salmon on top.

Chopped cabbage salad, with green onions, sliced almonds, roasted chicken and a sesame dressing.

Homemade croutons: Day old sourdough, cubed, olive oil, and sandwich sprinkle (a Penzeys spice). Bake at 375 degrees until desired doneness.
