Brian Gene Parks

HARRISONVILLE, MO. (KCTV) -- A Harrisonville, MO., man was found guilty this week of five counts, including first-degree murder.

Brian Gene Parks was also found guilty of unlawful possession of a firearm, two counts of armed criminal action and first-degree assault.

Tammy L. Christiansen was killed on Nov. 28, 2016.

A jury also found Parks guilty of attempting to kill Sylvester Harbour.

Harbour was shot in the back, according to court documents. 

Parks will be sentenced on Nov. 5, 2018.
