(Meredith) -- Three missing Tennessee children have been found safe in Minnesota, authorities announced Friday.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) said officers found 6-year-old Analia Essex, 2-year-old Abigail Christian and 1-year-old Michale Christian in Cass County, Minnesota.
The children were with their non-custodial parents, Amanda Essex and Michale Christian, who are now in police custody, WSMV reported.
Authorities had issued an Endangered Child Alert for the kids after they disappeared "under suspicious circumstances" on Tuesday. They said their parents were wanted for custodial interference.
After finding the children alive nearly 1,000 miles away from their home in Maury County, Tennessee, TBI officials thanked their social media followers for helping them spread the word.
