Offering an elevated social dining experience in Kansas City, Executive Chef Ryan Spuhan puts healthy eating at the forefront with signature dishes like the “Avocado Smash” made with a baked farm egg, roasted tomato, blue crab, chickpeas watercress, and local multigrain bread; “Parker Power Bowl” made with avocado, house made tempeh, pomegranate, sprouted quinoa, citrus segments, baby kale, poached egg, and citrus-coriander dressing; and a “Big Green Smoothie Bowl” made with avocado, banana, kale, pineapple, berries, house granola, and toasted seeds. Located on the rooftop of The Fontaine, Parker is open for weekend brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
