Jackson is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he obtained his Bachelors in Journalism. He also has a Masters in Media for Journalism from Indiana University, where he worked in the Arnolt Center for Investigative Journalism.
Jackson has previously worked for Investigate TV, Gray TV's national investigative unit, where he served as an investigative producer and helped produce investigations involving consumer products, government subsidies, and the response to Covid-19.
