Traffic alert: Serious injury crash shuts down both directions of Overland Park road

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (KCTV) - A serious injury crash in Overland Park has both directions of 103rd Street closed.

The Overland Park Police Department said a serious injury accident happened in the area east of 103rd Street and Metcalf.

As a result, 103rd Street between Metcalf Avenue and Barkley Road is closed both in the eastbound and westbound lanes.

“Please avoid the area,” OPPD said in a social media post at 5:12 p.m.
