Nonprofit that helps families through holidays awarded check through 3 Degree Guarantee

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Phoenix Family helps struggling families and seniors enjoy the holiday season through comprehensive support programs.

The organization was selected as KCTV’s December 3 Degree Guarantee winner for their work addressing poverty in multiple ways.

In partnership with DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers, the First Warn 5 Weather Team presented Phoenix Family with a check for $2,050 on Friday to help with its mission.
