War Horses for Veterans receives check through 3 Degree Guarantee initiative

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The First Warn 5 Weather Team’s 3 Degree Guarantee paid off for yet another local charity.

War Horses for Veterans is a five-day program meant to be an intensive therapeutic program specifically designed for Special Forces personnel, combat veterans, and first responders struggling with reintegration and personal challenges.

In partnership with DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers, the First Warn 5 Weather Team presented War Horses for Veterans with a check for $1,850 on Thursday to help with its mission.
