Kansas City man dies week after shooting that injured 5
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A week after a shooting in the North Hyde Park area injured several people, Kansas City police say a man has died.
He has been identified as 23-year-old Tyrell Lamar.
The Kansas City Missouri Police Department said officers were dispatched on a shooting call on Sept. 3 just before 9 p.m. At the scene, officers located multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
Two men and a woman were located in front of an apartment building at 34th and Harrison. KCPD said one man had critical injuries, the other man had serious injures and the woman had non-life-threatening injuries.
A fourth victim, an additional man, was found with serious injuries in a nearby parking lot at 34th and Troost. While police were at the scene, a fifth victim showed up at a local hospital with serious injuries.

An aggravated assault investigation, which began that night, has now been updated to a homicide investigation after one of the men in critical condition died from his injuries. KCPD said it was notified the man died on Sept. 10.
Police said the remaining victims do not appear to have life-threatening injuries.
