Kansans vote to keep right to elect sheriffs
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Kansans will keep the right to elect their own sheriffs.
Voters in Kansas also decided to continue to elect their own sheriff with no votes on Constitutional Amendment 2.
Around 61% voted to keep the ability to elect county sheriffs.
Meanwhile, 39% voted against the measure.
