Grandview Woman Dies In Wreck

LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. -- A Grandview, Mo., woman died in a wreck Thursday morning in Lee's Summit.The wreck happened at about 6 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 470 at Colbern Road.A driver heading west on the interstate lost control of her vehicle and it crossed into eastbound traffic.The vehicle hit the rear of the sport utility vehicle that Cornelia McGregor, 31, was driving, and her SUV left the road and overturned.
She was not wearing her seat belt and was ejected from the SUV.The driver of the other vehicle was wearing her seat belt and suffered minor injuries.A second wreck happened behind the rollover. Two people suffered minor injuries in that wreck.
