Kansas City man found guilty of first-degree murder

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

A Kansas City man has been convicted of first-degree murder in connection to the fatal shooting of D'Adrian Bell. 

Brad Lindsey, 37, was found guilty by a jury Thursday of first-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. 

Bell was murdered in the 7200 block of Olive on May 15. 

Witnesses told Kansas City police say the two were arguing about a drug deal, according to court records. Lindsey allegedly threw away the cell phones that belonged to him and alleged victim, according to the documents. 

He will be sentenced at a later time.
