Missouri man charged with enticing a child younger than 15

CASS COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -

Robert R. Nolen, 62, has been charged with felony enticement of a child and felony unlawful possession of a firearm.

On Thursday, detectives with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at his residence in the 200 block of West 2nd in Freeman, Missouri.

Detectives were investigating a report of a felon in possession of a firearm and enticement of a child younger than 15 years old. 

Nolen, a registered sex offender, was found and taken into custody.

The Cass County Prosecutor’s Office charged Nolen and he is currently in the Cass County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
