As the overindulging on holiday foods has come to an end and 2018 has arrived, many are finding themselves at the gym as part of a New Years resolution. 

Making a New Year’s resolution is a great way to make a positive change in a person’s life. But, it’s rare that people actually keep the resolution for the entire year. 

A U.S. News and World Report study shows that 80-percent of resolutions fail by the second week of February.
