JOHNSON COUNTY, KS (KCTV) -

An Overland Park man has been charged with rape for his actions toward a person under the influence of alcohol in the spring of 2016.

Logan Kleen, 28, is charged with one count of felony rape/intercourse without consent.

Kleen was arrested on Wednesday at about 5:55 p.m.

Court records say the alleged rape happened on March 19, 2016, in Johnson County, KS. They say Kleen unlawfully, willfully and feloniously committed the act of sexual intercourse with a person who did not consent and was unconscious or physically powerless and, or was incapable of giving consent because of the effect of alcohol or drugs.

Kleen is being held on a $250,000 bond.
