The suspect rammed a police cruiser and then ran from officers.

Police chased the suspect and partially disabled the vehicle with a deflation device.

The suspect was arrested after a short standoff on Interstate 70 at The Paseo.

Officers say the stolen vehicle was a civilian vehicle and not a police car.
