Authorities in Kansas City have arrested four juveniles after a break-in at an area elementary school early Friday morning.

Police say they responded to an alarm at Gladstone Elementary School, located at 335 N Elmwood Avenue, at about 1:30 a.m.

Six juveniles were detained outside the school. Four of them were later arrested.

Police say the kids threw a rock through one of the school’s doors and went inside. They say it does not appear that anything was taken from the school.

Officers used school surveillance video to identify four juveniles inside the building.
