KCPD searching for missing 88-year-old man

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police in Kansas City are searching for an elderly man who went missing on Monday.

Marin Chapia, 88, was last seen around noon in the area of northeast Kansas City.

Chapia is five-foot, five-inches tall, 160 pounds, wearing a yellow t-shirt with the number 43 on it and a pair of blue jeans.

Authorities say Chapia suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.

No picture of Chapia has been released.
