Cheesy Taco Cups
Scoop shaped tortilla chips
½ c. Sour cream
Season and cook ground beef as if you were making tacos.
Add just enough cheese dip to coat the meat to create a cheesy/meaty filling.
In a blender, mix together the avocado and sour cream until well blended.
Spoon some cheesy/meaty filling into as many scoop shaped tortilla chips and you want and then top them with some of the avocado cream.
