KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Three people were taken into custody on Friday in Jackson County, Missouri following a 20-minute chase. 

At about 1:30 p.m., deputies tried to stop a car in the area of 9th Street and Ditman Road in KC because they thought the car was stolen. 

The car did not stop and deputies pursued it to the area of I-70 and Manchester. 

It was there that they took one adult and two minors into custody about 20 minutes after the chase began. 

There were no injuries and no property was damaged, according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office. 

No other information is available at this time.
