Burglar who shot well-known Royals fan sentenced to 5 years

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

One of two men convicted in the shooting of Royals superfan Jimmy Faseler is headed to prison.

A judge sentenced Dustin Donlan to five years in prison and three years of probation. The other suspect, Phillip Kisner, has his sentencing set for July 20.

Faseler was shot when he walked in on a burglary at his home in March 2014. He recovered from his injuries.

Faseler became a favorite of Kansas City Royals fans for his dancing appearance on the Jumbotron.
