OVERLAND PARK, KS (KCTV) -

There are new theft charges for an Overland Park woman who pleaded guilty to stealing more than $100,000 worth of clothing.

Kelli Jo Bauer was in court Wednesday for what turned out to be two things, a sentencing from the 2015 case and a new charge of theft.

Bauer is accused of stealing bras from a Johnson County Kohl’s last week.

In May, Bauer pleaded guilty to three counts of theft.

During the investigation, police walked out of her home with bags of evidence, high end goods worth tens of thousands of dollars.

Her next appearance in court will be on Jan. 12, 2017.
