LENEXA, KS (KCTV) -

A man has been arrested for threatening people with a gun during a road rage incident in Lenexa, KS on Tuesday.

The incident started about 7:05 p.m. near southbound Interstate 35 and 87th St.

Lenexa police say, Mark S. Ross, 62, of Spring Hill, KS, would not move over or let another vehicle, carrying four people, onto the highway.

This led to an exchange of hand gestures before Ross pointed a loaded pistol in the direction of the people in the vehicle.

Police say Ross pulled the gun in the area of I-35 and 95th St.

The two vehicles continued to drive until Ross was stopped by the Gardner Police Department.

Police arrested Ross and found a loaded pistol at the scene.

Officers say no shots were fired and no one was injured.

Ross has been charged with felony aggravated assault.
