KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Former Kansas City Chiefs head coach Marty Schottenheimer has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, ESPN reports.

The former coach is 73 years old and has early on-set Alzheimer's for the past five years.

It's coming to light because he's attending a reunion of his Cleveland Browns team this weekend.

Schottenheimer coached the Chiefs for ten years taking the team to the AFC title game in 1993.
