Book Club Brie
1 Package of Pillsbury Crescent Pastry Dough
Round of Brie Cheese
½ cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Spread pastry dough flat. Set the wheel of cheese in the middle. Saute pecans in butter for 2-3 minutes. Layer pecans, brown sugar and maple syrup on top of cheese. Wrap pastry dough around the cheese sugar, and nuts. Brush with egg white. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
