Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels

1 sheet puff pastry
4 oz. tub Pineapple cream cheese
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-2 fresh jalapeños, diced (seeded and ribbed for milder flavor)
1/2 c. Pepper jack cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. Mix well.
Carefully spread the filling evenly over the puff pastry. Roll up, cinnamon roll style. Cut into 8 equal slices.
Places slices on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pastry is lightly browned.
