Coffee Ice Cream

3 Tbsp. coffee grounds
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
Dissolve the coffee in the water and stir to combine. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a bowl or large measuring cup and stir in the coffee mixture. In a large chilled bowl, combine the heavy cream and milk mixture. Whip until stiff peaks form - easiest to use an electric or standing mixer. Put the whipped mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
