Slow Cooker Chocolate Bread Pudding

1 Dozen Hawaiian King Rolls cut into small pieces
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup caramel chips
½ cup pecans (optional)
1 cup sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup espresso coffee
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
Grease the inside of slow cooker. Place the rolls in the bottom of the cooker. Top with chocolate, caramel and pecans if using. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Slowly pour over the bread and carefully stir until most of the liquid is absorbed. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
