Hawaiian King Roll Monkey Bread

1 Dozen Hawaiian King Rolls
1 egg, beaten
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
½ cup butter (1 stick)
¾ cup packed brown sugar
Prepare a bundt pan by spraying with cooking spray.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Cut the rolls into small pieces. Mix rolls in a large bowl with the egg. Add the cinnamon and sugar over the egg/bread mixture. If using the walnuts, add them at this time. Place the roll mixture into the prepared pan.
Melt the butter and brown sugar together and pour evenly over the roll mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn upside down onto serving plate.
