Peel the banana and slice it into 1/8" slices.
Core the apples, then slice them horizontally into 1/4-1/2" slices. Spread on side of an apple slice withith peanut butter. Lay as few or as many banana slices on top of the peanut butter. Top w another slice of apple, then gently smash it so that some of the peanut butter squishes out the sides. Roll the apple sandwich in the granola so that it sticks to the peanut butter squishing out the sides.
