Cherry Pie Cheesecake Bites 2 Pillsbury pie crusts 1 21 oz can of cherry pie filling 1 egg white 1 T sugar 1 T water 1 tub of Kraft Cheesecake filling 1 round cookie cutter Directions: preheat oven 425. Lay out pie crust and cut out circle shapes and lightly press into mini muffin tin. Mix together egg white, sugar and water with fork dissolving sugar. Brush onto crust. Fill crust with a tsp of cherry pie filling. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Once cool, top with Kraft cheesecake filling. Top with a mini kiss or drizzle chocolate or leave plain. The options are endless.
