Caramelized Balsamic Brussels Sprouts 2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts, halved, outer leaves removed 6-8 slices Bacon 1 medium Red Onion, cut into large dice to mimic the size of the sprouts 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar Salt and Pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 400°. 1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss well to coat. 2. Lay the ingredients on a parchment lined paper in a single layer. 3. Move oven rack to the top center position. Roast the sprouts until they are beautifully caramelized on the outside, tender on the inside and the bacon is crisp. 4. Remove to a platter or bowl and serve immediately.
