Pear and Goat Cheese Flat Bread Pizza

2 medium pears, sliced
1-2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, depending on size of flat bread
1 pkg. Prosciutto
1 - 3 oz. log goat cheese, crumbled into large pieces
chopped fresh basil
crushed red pepper flakes
Flat Bread, any flavor
Preheat the toaster oven to 450° or as high as it will go.
Sprinkle the flat bread with 1 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil (evoo) to coat.
Scatter the sliced pears and Prosciutto over the flat bread.
Top with the goat cheese.
Bake pizza directly on the middle rack in the toaster oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melty and the Prosciutto and flat bread are crisp around the edges.
Carefully remove from the toaster oven with a large spatula or hot pads.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
Slice into large equal pieces and try not to pass out from the deliciousness of this pizza!!!
