All you need:
2 ripe avocados
¼ cup diced red onion
1 Roma tomato, diced
½ tsp minced garlic
Juice from ½ lime
Salt and black pepper, to taste
All you do:
1. Cut avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop out flesh of avocado and coarsely chop it. Place in a large bowl and slightly mash with a fork. Add the diced onion, tomatoes and garlic; toss together with the avocados. Add the lime juice, salt and black pepper to taste.
2. Chill until serving.
