Chicken Chard Quesadillas

¼ cup shredded cheese, any type
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 Swiss chard leaf, shredded
3 tablespoons shredded chicken
All you do:
1. Sprinkle cheese over one half of the tortilla.
2. Sprinkle chard and shredded chicken over cheese.
3. Fold tortilla in half.
4. Cook over medium heat in a skillet coated in cooking spray for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Cut into quarters and serve.
