Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad

Adapted from 

Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad

1 (5 ounce) can tuna

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 small apple, cored & diced

2 stalks celery, diced

2 tablespoons diced onion

¼ tsp garlic powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 hard-boiled egg, peeled & chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste

All you do:

1. Drain tuna and add to a medium-sized bowl.

2. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise, apple, celery, onion, garlic powder, lemon juice and egg to the bowl. Add salt and pepper to the bowl, if desired.

3. Mix thoroughly and serve.

4. Refrigerate any leftovers.
