Chef Jesse Vega's Soup Spice
1 ½ Tablespoons Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp White Pepper
2 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Granulated Onion Powder
2 Tablespoon Dried Parsley or Chervil
2 tsp Celery Salt
2 tsp Ground Bay Laves
1 tsp Ground Thyme
½ tsp Ground Oregano
¼ tsp Ground Rosemary
Put all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend well.
Store spice mixture in an air tight container or glass jar until ready to use.
When making soup add soup spice in the beginnings stage of sautéing the vegetables or while the broth is simmering.
