(CNN) - One of the rarest and most-valuable comic books ever printed is going up for auction on eBay.

It's a copy of Action Comics Number One, which marks the first-ever appearance of Superman. It's expected to possibly fetch millions of dollars.

It's estimated that just 50 copies remain and this one is said to be in the best condition of them all.

An eBay appraiser called the 76-year-old comic "pristine."

The comic originally sold for 10 cents in 1938. A copy that's not as well-preserved as this one sold for more than $2 million in 2011.

The seller said he will donate a portion of proceeds to charity.
