PIMA COUNTY, AZ ( Tucson News Now) -

One suspect has been arrested, though two remain at large in the April 7 robbery of a Circle K store in Catalina, located at 16054 North Oracle Road.

It all happened after three younger looking men entered the store just before 2 a.m.

Acting somewhat suspiciously when they walked in, the clerk asked the guys if she could help them with something.

That's when they pulled out three plastic bags and started helping themselves.

In footage KOLD News 13 obtained from the robbery that night, we see the first suspect make his way behind the counter, followed by two more guys who jump the counter and start stealing.

At this point, a lone female clerk tries to stop the robbery.

But suspect number one pushes her out of his way at first and then up against the wall.

The woman is never hurt, but you can see how physical things get.

"Anytime somebody physically restrains somebody else it's not good," Pima County Sheriff's Deputy Courtney Rodriguez said.

"Them wanting to get what they're after -- you never know what their intention is or how far they're willing to go," Rodriguez said.

Thanks to tips from the public, suspect number one was arrested last week.

He's been identified 18-year-old Jose Williams Rizo.

Because he's the one who restrained the clerk, he's also charged with attempted kidnapping.

A second suspect has since been identified as 21-year-old Peter Robert Ortiz.

Ortiz is also known as "Deals" in the tagging community and is suspected of multiple acts of graffiti across Pima County.

A third suspect, who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt during the robbery, has not been identified.

As is the case with Ortiz, authorities need your help finding this person and bringing him to justice.

"It's always helpful when we the pictures out there," Rodriguez says.  "A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the second suspect. We're still hoping to get a better indication as to the id of the third."

if you have any information about either of these subjects call 911 or 88-CRIME.

A reward up to $1,000 will go to the person whose tip leads to an arrest in this unsolved case.
