After reviewing more than 200,000 food inspection reports, a public law interest firm in Virginia found food trucks and carts in seven cities performed better than or the same as restaurants.

The study examined cities where food trucks and restaurants have to follow the same guidelines.

Those cities reviewed include Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Louisville, Miami, Seattle and Washington, DC.
