ADEL, Iowa, May 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Kuder, Inc., has named Paul Melde as chief information officer (CIO), reporting to Phil Harrington, president.
"Paul's extensive background in information technology leadership, application development and program management make him the ideal executive to drive innovation and accelerate the performance and delivery of Kuder's technology-based solutions," he said.
Melde has over 20 years of experience in building and managing technology teams and programs. Melde joins Kuder from Dice Holdings, Inc., where he served for 12 years as vice president of technology.

Prior to Dice, Melde was vice president of information technology for ING Advisors Network. Melde began his career as a technical analyst for Principal Financial Group and later held management roles in product software development, project management, and business applications at ING.
Melde has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in the history of technology and science from Iowa State University.
