SYMMES TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Four people were injured early Wednesday morning after a crash in the 12000 block of Rich Road just south of Fields Ertel Road.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said alcohol and/or drugs are believed to be factors.

Deputies said a 2009 Scion TC with four people inside, was southbound on Rich Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The car exited the left side of the roadway, struck several objects and came to an uncontrolled final rest off of the east side of the road.

Two occupants were ejected from the vehicle.

They are Don Ritchie Saturne, 21, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and Jeramie Keller, 27, of Middletown. Saturne was in stable condition at Bethesda North Hospital. Keller was first taken to Bethesda North and then transferred to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he is in critical condition.

The two other occupants in the vehicle were Mitchell Christian, 34, of Goshen and Sara Inzerello, 23, of Mason.

Christian was admitted to Bethesda North for injuries. Inzerello was in stable condition at Bethesda North.

Christian and Inzerello were wearing seat belts. The sheriff's office said Keller and Saturne were not wearing them.

The crash, that happened at 2:50 a.m., remains under investigation.
