Hamilton Co. Sheriff: Tree trimmer wanted for scamming 91-year-old

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is looking for a 26-year-old man who authorities said defrauded an elderly person of more than $4,000.
The sheriff's office said Brice S. Ryan, 26, offered to trim a tree for a 91-year-old person for $440. The alleged victim attempted to pay Ryan in cash but he convinced the elderly person to give him a signed him a blank check that he later cashed for $4,400.
Sharonville Police want Ryan for a similar offense.
Ryan is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall weighing 185 pounds.
He's wanted for theft by deception of an elderly victim.
